Plans for UK Vapefest are underway !
After Minifest and the huge success of the day, time is now here to start arranging for UK Vapefest.
So far we have looked a several venues, and are currently awaiting a confirmation from the Westone Manor Hotel in Northampton, which hopefully will host our two day UK Vapefest event.
The date favoured is currently Friday 22nd to Sunday 24th October 2010.
This will be based around people travelling on Friday evening, staying overnight, and the event beginning on Saturday, and continuing on Sunday, leaving for home Sunday evening.
We want as many Vapers & Vendors there as possible, but, as its a booked event, we will need to know as soon as arrangements are finalised, who is attending.
Currently we are looking at costs of £79 for the weekend, which will include :-
- Twin or Double room offered only.
- Minimum 2 night stay
- Full Breakfast each morning
- Three Course Dinner each night with unlimited house wine selection by the glass
- Free Tea & Coffee in our lounges throughout the stay
- Unlimited house draught beer and lager (Carlsberg and Tetley's), house wine selection and soft drinks between 6pm and 11pm
- Early check in from 12 noon on day of arrival and check out up to 4pm on day of departure (subject to availability*)
- Free Car Parking and Free WiFi

Hi Cat…can you please pm me at ukvapers.com when date and general area is finalised? I am flying in from Dublin so will need this info(and airport to travel to!) asap as flights can get expensive….can’t wait : o) cass
