UK Vapefest Name Badges
Find out who’s who and let people know who you are with these customizable conference name badges. Cut and paste your spooky avatar or grim mug shot onto the jpeg, print it out and fill in the rest with that stubby biro you stole from the bookies.
These badges conform to the Avery® 5395 (86x59mm) format. If you have any of their badge holders you can just print it off and slot it into your conference badge holder. However, if, like me, you don’t have anything like that, you can simply glue your print out to some sturdy card (cut from a cereal packet) and either drill a hole for a bit of string or bootlace, or sellotape a safety pin to the back.

How do we get a stand at this fest?
Not this year im afraid. The stands have been full for months
None of Jaded’s Vapefest merchandise this year? I was hoping to add some more mugs/keyrings/stuff to my collection, but I can’t find a link to any. Am I just being dumb, or isn’t there any this year? (shame if there isn’t.)
Sorry Peter, i didn’t have time to get around to it this year. Plus I felt that the merchandise from Zaggle was too overpriced for me to be comfortable with. However people are quite welcome to download the logo files above and make their own merchandise. Vistaprint, whilst not boasting a customizable “shop front”, do a superior range of tat at considerably cheaper prices with free P&P and are quicker on the turn around since they’re Europe based.

Hi All,
This is the first time I am going to this event and would like to know what time should I arrive for to be on of the first people in? I imagine there will be alot of people queuing at the door before 10 am.

quick question,will the vendors be able to accept cedit cards or do we need a stack of cash in our pockets ??
Some vendors have card gadget thingies, some don’t, however there are several ATMs within five minutes walk of the venue.
What time do vendors finish
Is there a plan of the vendors tables in the main tent?
Vapefest came and went three days ago. Ask me again next year…
I know, I went there. I wanted to contact one of the vendors, they were by the entrance & I lost their card!
